From the kitchen
Hi, I’m Chef Dan.
I grew up in Wisconsin, so we’re starting with the supper club classics. I worked in restaurants for about 12 years when I was younger and took cooking classes in Manila. Then came twenty years in international business, eating my way through the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Korea and Hong Kong.
We’re a global family and we love mixing cultures in food, so dishes from all over the world are coming. Every box is made by hand, from scratch, in my home kitchen in Surprise.
